We provide full-service, managed apparel programs for major corporations and government-related entities through operations across Canada and the United States. Our broad customer base includes iconic North American brands, and municipal, provincial, and federal agencies, including Air Canada, Alaska Airlines, Purolator, WestJet, Home Hardware, Shoppers Drug Mart, Bell Canada, TELUS, and Allegiant Airlines. We manage all aspects of custom uniform programs including design, sourcing, manufacturing and distributing everything from military and technical protective gear, airline, casino, hotel and retail staff uniforms to workwear for any situation.

Peerless Garments, a subsidiary of Unisync, has been providing uniforms to the Canadian Armed Forces for over 50 years. The factory in Winnipeg has the capacity and capability to design and manufacture a range of garments from Combat Clothing to Outerwear (including extreme cold parka’s). The Public Sector encompasses Law Enforcement, First Responders, Fire & EMS and agencies such as Canadian Coast Guard, BC Ferries and the City of Saskatoon to name a few. We have strategic partnerships with many of the worlds leading tactical brands, with the ultimate aim to provide uniforms that enable the wearer to perform at the highest level.

Heavily influenced by retail fashion, trends and innovations we are effectively balanced with 80+ years of uniform manufacturing and design experience. Our design team are experts at implementing detailed analyses of workplace environments and job functions to ensure the best fit and function for selected uniform garments. Complimenting our design team, is our experienced fabric and product research and development team, who are focused on meeting the unique needs of the uniform industry.

With a robust domestic and international supply chain we provide uniform logistics to a wide range of customers worldwide. Our sourcing options are focused in Canada, China, Bangladesh, Central America and Mexico.
This footprint allows for accelerated design, development, prototyping and testing. Our sourcing model is built to provide outstanding service, product consistency, short lead times, flexible order quantities, reduction of inventory and liabilities. Our global sourcing options are supported by extensive local manufacturing resources, and ensure a seamless, cost effective flow of product.

Within our customer service team, “excellence” is not just a word, it is how we define what we do and who we are. With a combined 40 years experience, our bilingual team is always at the forefront of every program, leading every service response with the support of our distribution, account management, ecommerce, supply chain and senior management teams.

Our Manager of Implementation and dedicated AOM's are the interface between our customers and extensive resources. This ensures a seamless communication for the Implementation and on-going execution of our uniform programs. Our focus on total program management is a key advantage which differentiates us from other companies.

Our capabilities utilize technology and processes unrivaled in the uniform industry. This includes fully integrated inventory management, shipping software and order processing systems. We are fully equipped with finishing departments utilized for custom embellishment of logos, cresting, personal names, striping and hemming. Our technology drives our order processing systems.

If a textile article carries the STANDARD 100 label, you can be certain that every component of this product, i.e. every fabric, thread, button and other accessories, has been tested for harmful substances and that the article therefore is harmless in human ecological terms.
