In-House Customization
The Unisync order fulfillment strategy has strong implications on how we customize orders and deal with product variety.
We use strategies that can be used to mitigate the impact of product variety to include time sensitive orders, modularity, option bundling, late configuration, and build to order (BTO) strategies. In addition we can build mass customization strategies for you and your business needs.
To reduce turnaround time for individual store orders, we generally store goods in finished form. In the event that embellishment is required, we utilize our internal finishing department to have the garments modified.Â
Our distribution center is equipped with a complete finishing department which is utilized for the following finishing touches:
- Custom embroidery of logos
- Cresting
- Personal names
- Hemming
- Nametag/brevet engraving
- Special reflective striping
