Successful inventory management in a uniform program is dependent on relentless review of fluctuations in demand and communication with the customer.

Our planning and forecasting tools are used to analyze current inventory levels and determine replenishment dates by a dedicated team of full time planners. Inventory needs are forecasted monthly based on the contract model, changes in demand or the communication of special events or situations.

We ensure optimum product service levels while minimizing inventory exposure, by establishing minimum and maximum inventory levels, from calculations based on average demand/month/style. This ensures a minimum number of months of demand is kept on the shelf at all times to avoid backorders.
